10 STEPS TO RADIANCE

In order to have that wonderful radiance in your everyday life, all you need are very simple and effective tips... In this post i am sharing some very simple beauty and healthy tips which are not expensive or time consuming but will definitely yield visible and effective result. Enjoy :*.

This is my best:D and i so love to share it...
Make it a habit to add lots of fruits as part of your meals. Take fruits without adding any salt or sugar to it. Eat wide variety of fruits and dark vegetables and feel the difference in your skin...
       This is the best anti-aging prevention and remedy. Yea! I know and i have seen it work effectively. We all want stuffs that will yield result in seconds lol. Things that work that way always have short lived benefits... Nothing good comes easy so start preventing the wrinkles now.

     Have a habit of drinking 2 glasses of water early in the morning. Drinking water early in the morning will bless you with radiant and healthy skin. So you see the best things in life are free :D. This is one very good and easy tip to keep up with, so start drinking water and radiate beautifully.

     Applying moisturizer after a warm face wash or a warm shower is one of the best remedy for aging and keeping wrinkles away for a very long time. Hehehehe we all love to look youthful. Moisturizing helps to restore the oils that our skin has and helps to keep the skin hydrated. This tip is most effective at night when one is about to retire for the day.

     A mix of glycerin, lime juice and rose water when applied as a paste at night, it will help you get rid of pimples and black heads. Be sure to massage in order to enable good absorption into the skin and then wash off after 15 - 30minutes.

     To remove dark circles around the eyes, make a paste with coconut oil and castor oil. Rub this with your finger till the oil is absorbed.

    Cut cucumber slices and keep it on your eye lids (you don't have to wait till you go to a spa. Lol.). This will reduce stress and puffiness around the eye, absorbing the fluid by means of osmosis. I do this a lot as i have under eye bags and it works wonderfully.

     A cucumber and milk mix is a good anti-stress massage paste. Try this and thank me later ;).

     A good remedy for chapped lips; use hot water fermentation method and then apply vaseline with honey or your prefered chap stick/lipbalm.

      An equal amount of cucumber juice and lime juice will help improve your facial complexion. Apply them to your face before taking a bath, wait for at least 10minutes. This can serve as a quick spa before that special date ;).

     Eat less calorie foods even ice cream and cold drinks, shakes should be avoided... Wash your face at least four times a day.

First mistake most people make in managing DIABETES

Over the years i have lost loved ones (family and friends) to unfriendly and incurable diabetes. :(. I wish i knew then what i know now i could have been able to help. Never the less i know this post will help as many as possible. Amen! :). Diabetes is an unfriendly friend that will never go away once it comes your way but never worry for it can be silenced and properly manged. All you have to do is follow my directions and you will be fine or able to help a loved one. The idea i am going to be sharing is one which i have seen work effectively.:)

            There are two types of diabetes ie the type1 diabetes which was known as the juvenile-onset diabetes. It is refered to as juvenile because it usually develops in children and young adults. It is caused by an auto-immune reaction where the body's defence attack the cells that produce insulin... Patients diagnosed with type1 diabetes are usually insulin dependent. This is a rare kind of diabetes... The type2 diabetes is the most common. It is refered to as the non-insulin dependent diabetes or the adult-onset diabetes. It accounts for 90% of all cases of diabetes. In this case the body does not completely stop producing insulin rather the body cannot respond properly to the insulin produced. This type2 diabetes can remain undetected for many years, pls always check your system from time to time this will help you detect any anormally and not just diabetes.

              In time of all my observations i have come to note that a major mistake patients diagnosed with type2 diabetes make is the complete cut off of carbohydrates. Carbohydrate is a major nutrient which the body needs to produce energy. It is the fuel of the body if you ask me. Most diabetic patients i ve seen that cut off carbs from thier diet look very old with very pale and sagged skin no matter their age. This change occurs within 2-3 weeks of this cut off. I don't wanna bore you with my plenty stories. lol. Here are some steps to managing diabetes type 2:

step1: WATER THERAPY
          As far as i am concerned water is the most beautiful thing that happened to all living things. To carry out this therapy be sure that where you can ease your self is available. This is an act of dedicating 3hrs of your everyday life to drinking water and urinating freely. For those working in offices it can be managed trust me (ur health first). As water is a blood purfier it will help reduce the amout of sugar in ur blood stream with ease.

Step2: EAT A LOT OF VEGETABLES &fibers
           Beautiful vegetables :D. I call it it beautiful because vegetables contain vitamins and antioxidants which gives our skin that radiant glow it needs. Despite the beauty it gives it goes on to purify the blood, cleans the kidney of all the unwanted toxins responsible for the improper response to the insulin produced. Some examples of these vegetables are: pumpkin leaves (ugu as its locally called), scent leaves (nchanwu), utazi leaves,etc. Fiber is important because it helps you feel full and help ur digestive system to work properly. Fiber can reduce the absorbtion of sugar.Vegetables should be part of ur daily meal for its benefits goes a long way in managing diabetes.

Step3: BALANCING CARBOHYDRATE
             Like i said before, cutting off carbohydrate is a major mistake. Yes i know that carbohydrate is broken down to glucose and it can cause the blood sugar to rise but this doesnt mean you should cut it out of ur diet completely. Some carbohydrates have great health benefits. Remember it is said that the brain needs sugar to function properly. For example whole-grain foods and fruits provide you with fibers vitamins and other nutrients you need (will share more examples of healthy carbohydrates on facebook).

Step4: EXERCISE
            The kind of exercise i am talking about here is one that includes reading. Yes you ll get to know why i have included reading. Once you eat carbohydrate your sugar level goes up. But exercising helps balance it out and keep it in a healthy range. Doing some sit ups, squatting (yes o squatting.lol), jugging, yoga etc will not just give you that perfect tummy, butt , or body shape, it uses up sugar in the body and that definitely helps regulate blood sugar. Now here is why i included reading, for some old people or physically challenged persons that may not be able to do some of these exercises, reading is a way of working the brain and as the brain is working sugar is being used up.

"VAGINA"

"Vagina" oh! Yes it is what you are thinking exactly. I was in a sit out with friends and you know when girls come together nothing is left unsaid.lol. While we were gisting the word "vagina" popped up and a lady sitting close gave me the "have you lost it" look and shook her head.hahahhaha i could only imagine the countless thoughts of judgement that ran through her mind. Well i didnt care cause the "vagina" is a part of my body just like my hair,skin and any other part of my body that makes me a complete and beautiful woman. The fact that we are ashamed of the word "vagina" is absurd. The vagina, if u ask me is a blessing from God to women and even men (if you know what i mean).hahahahhhaha.

               Avoiding the word and the way people cringe when they hear the word "vagina" motivated me to write this post. It's almost like a taboo to mention the word "vagina" especially in the presence of some very "righteous" people but hey its just a part of the body. This post is to reduce the negative representation of the word "vagina" and also an awareness of how important the vagina is to the health and confidence of women and why they should not be ashamed to say the word "vagina". Thousands of women have suffered and are still suffering from the negative effects of being too ashamed and embarrassed to talk about any strange anormally they observe from thier "vagina".

              Child bearing is one of the major reasons why i think the "vagina" is a blessing from God and we shouldnt be ashamed to talk about it. Come to think of it the best pleasure that a woman can ever feel comes from the use of her "vagina". Amen!sisters. The three erogenous zones women have are situated in the "vagina", which are: the clitoris, G spot and the opening of the cervix.

          This case of being too embarrassed to talk about the "vagina" by women has done more harm than good. Its so easy for men to talk about the penis and masturbarion without feeling shame. I think women should be proud of thier "vagina". How do you intend to correct a faulty vagina if you cannot talk about it. A faulty "vagina" can affect your confidence and how you feel about yourself. Even in terms of relationship, if you don't communicate to your patner about what feels good or what's not okay to do down there, then the sex is bound to be boring.
  
           A healthy "vagina" promotes safe sex and orgasm.safe sex is very good for you and your patner as its benefits includes: reducing the risk of breast cancer, lowering your risk of heart disease and stroke, helping your sleep.etc

           With this post i hope i have been able to pass a positive message and aid your confidence in talking about your very beautiful "vagina". You are a woman and your "vagina" makes you. Peace!!
